ERMINIO PARINI
We wish to remember Lawyer Erminio Parini (7.2.1923 - 20.6.2010) who founded in 1951 Lawyer Erminio Parini's Law firm, of which our Associated Law Firm is prosecuting the activity and taking up the tradition.
After graduating in Law at the Milan University, he chose the industrial property field since the beginning of his career and specialized in all the patent, trademark, agreement and unfair competition legal aspects.
He is the author of various writs, among which "Relazioni tra Italia ed altri Stati nel campo della Proprietà Industriale".
Marco Andreolini
Marco Andreolini took his degree in Law at the Milan University. Prior to joining our Law Office in 1984, he practiced for five years in a law firm specialized in the industrial property field.
He deals with all the patent, trademark, unfair competition, agreement and patent licence legal aspects. He published a few articles about these matters and wrote the following books: "Brevetti, Modelli e Marchi: la competenza territoriale" and "Brevetti e Proprietà Industriale", this book was written together with Mr. Alfonso Giambrocono.
Andrea Parini
Andrea Parini took his degree in Law at the Milan University. Prior to joining Lawyer Erminio Parini's Law firm in 1993, he covered public political and elective posts and has been a member of the Lombardy Provincial Council for many years.
He deals with the patent, trademark, unfair competition, agreement, licence legal aspects and with the new problems connected with computer technologies.
Francesca Andreolini
Dr. Francesca Andreolini took her degree in Law at the Milan University. Prior to joining our Law Firm in 2011, she worked in a law firm specialized in criminal law applied to the companies and in a Law Firm specialized in industrial property.
She deals with all the matters connected to patents, trademarks, unfair competition, patent and trademark agreements and licences.
